Pelesenan - Portal Rasmi Majlis Perbandaran Pekan Bandar Diraja Bandar Diraja (MPP)

Borang Komposit boleh didapati di Bahagian Pelesenan, Majlis Perbandaran Pekan Bandar Diraja. Permohonan perlu disertai dengan :-

A copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association for the company and Form 49 in accordance with the Companies Registration Act 1965, or Form A (Business Registration) and Form D (Business Registration Declaration) in accordance with the Registration Ordinance 1956.
A copy of the rental agreement letter or any document related to the rental of land and buildings.
Copy of Land Grant or Temporary Occupancy License.
Copy of certified Building Occupancy Certificate (CFO) if new building.
Salinan permit bangunan yang diluluskan oleh Majlis Perbandaran Pekan Bandar Diraja, jika bangunan sementara.
A copy of the location plan of the business premises.
A copy of the identity card / passport
A picture of the business premises measuring 3R (Photo on the outside of the front of the premises).
Two passport-sized color photographs of the applicant.
Application processing fee RM 10.00

Borang permohonan boleh didapati di Bahagian Pelesenan Majlis Perbandaran Pekan Bandar Diraja dengan disertai dengan gambar pemohon berukuran pasport.
Complete the form by stating the location plan and a picture of the proposed business site.
