To improve and maintain the cleanliness and beauty of the Pekan District's environment is always good and remains with its natural characteristics.
To establish and maintain overall service quality through international standard practices.
To generate economic improvement of the Town District population more effectively through the Royal City Town Transformation Program.
To make Bandar Pekan a National Level Tourism City with Royal treasures and natural beauty can be realized in 2030 through the Royal City Town Transformation Program.
