• Making decisions on planning reviews for land condition change applications and State Government investment project applications.
• Reviewing and processing individual/agency land application review letters received from the Land and District Office.
• Process applications for Outdoor Billboards in the Council area.
• Traffic management and study of special tourism and development projects of the Council.
• Manage and monitor the implementation of policies and strategies in the Pahang State Structure Plan and District Local Plan.
• Management of public transport services, planning of public transport support facilities and monitoring of public transport operations.
