Functions
- Manage media relations, press releases and press conferences.
- Coordinating visitors' visits to councils and districts
- Plan, manage and prepare publication materials, annual reports, bulletins, brochures and other printed information materials.
- Handling and secretarial matters of quality programs such as ISO, EKSA, KIK and so on.
- Manage programs and all activities organized by the Pekan District Council at the internal and external levels of the department
- Carry out promotional and collateral work regarding council-related policies and campaigns.
- Prepare and coordinate reports related to the council to SUK, the Ministry and others related.
- Receive and coordinate complaints from the public by phone, letter, email, website, fax or in person.
- Process and get feedback on complaints.
- Become a Customer Meeting Day Secretary (HBP)
- Responsible for handling exhibitions and information to the public.
- Handle protocol affairs and reception of official events.
